How to Apply to Queen Anne School...

1. Download and complete the application form and writing sample and mail it along with your $50 application fee (checks made out to Queen Anne School) to:

   Application will begin being processed.

2. Download the Administrative, English, and Math recommendations
   Send these to the student’s current school to be filled out.
3. Download the release form
   Sign this form and send it to the student’s current school. This will permit the school to send transcripts of past education.
4. Register and take the ISEE test
   The Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) is a standardized test that allows us another way to assess students’ educational ability. The test is offered throughout the year and at many sites; including Queen Anne School. For dates of upcoming tests, please check the admissions calendar. 5. Schedule a campus tour
   We encourage parents and students to tour the campus in order to gather important information and see what the school has to offer. The tour enables us to give more detailed information and answer questions about all aspects of Queen Anne School. Take the panoramic virtual tour anytime.
6. Schedule a student shadow day and interview (while school is in session).
   Shadow days are a great way for students to get to know not only the school but the current students that attend Queen Anne, the teachers, and the course information they will be expected to learn. An interview of each student helps us get to know the applicant better and see what their individual needs are and how well they will fit into the Queen Anne family.

Once the admissions file has been completed, it will go to committee and a decision will be made about acceptance. Expect an answer in the mail within two weeks of file completion.
