Queen Anne School instructional staff are eligible to apply for individual and/or team-based for professional development opportunities as described by the letter of invitation from the Education Committee. All activities must meet the Queen Anne School philosophy and objectives. Approvals will be made only to continuing Queen Anne School instructional staff members.

II. Project Description (What are the key project objectives and components? How do you expect to grow professionally? How does this project impact or contribute to Queen Anne School and its students? How might this project expand the offerings to or beyond the Queen Anne School community? How will this project use technology to encourage teacher and or student collaboration?)
III. Project Budget (Itemize your project budget according to the following categories: (a) materials and supplies; (b) registration fee(s) and/or tuition (if applicable); (c) stipends to participants; (d) travel expenses; (e) equipment; and/or (f) project-specific budget and timeline. How will you collect fees or donations that support this project? What projected income targets have you set in what timeline? This is a critical review element; please be sure to adhere to the guidance.)
IV. Project Portfolio (How will you collect project artifacts and document lessons learned that can be shared with the rest of the staff? How will you present the results of your project to the Queen Anne community? How will you evaluate the project’s effectiveness?)
V. Project Abstract: For the purposes of cataloguing and dissemination, a summary abstract describing your overall objectives, focus areas, implementation and evaluation process is required. Abstract elements may be derived directly from the application narrative, i.e. cut & paste. Total abstract length should not exceed 250 words.
