Marking System

A 4.0 system of marking is followed in every department of the school for college recommending credit courses. In order to complete a course satisfactorily, a student must achieve a minimum average of C- for the grading period. To earn Honor Roll recognition, a student must achieve a GPA of 3.0 or higher with no letter grade below B- and no non-academic grade below an S. To earn High Honors, a student must achieve a GPA of 3.7 or higher with no letter grade below a B and no non-academic grade below S.

4.0 A High Honors 1.7 C- Graduation Credit
3.7 A- High Honors 1.3 D+ Graduation Credit
3.3 B+ Honors 1.0 D Graduation Credit
3.0 B Honors 0.7 D- Graduation Credit
2.7 B- College Recommending 0.0 F Failure (no credit)
2.3 C+ College Recommending WP Withdrawal/Passing (no credit)
2.0 C College Recommending WF Withdrawal/Failing (no credit)
