Queen Anne School is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We collect information from our users at several different points on our Web site. Our server collects IP addresses, dates and times of visits, and other general data. IP addresses are not linked to personally  identifiable information. We use this information to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our Web sites.

If you supply us with your name, address, phone number, and/or fax number online, - either by an information request form, prospective parent form, or via our other online forms - you may occasionally receive information from Queen Anne School regarding news and events at our school.

We do not make our mailing list available to any outside organizations. We do monitor and filter all communications through the Web site as well as through our servers and require all communications to be within the bounds of our school philosophy and goals as set forth in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Daily Announcements

If, as a qualified community member, you choose to receive the Daily Announcements electronically through our distribution list, we ask for contact information such as an email address. You have the right at anytime to remove your email address from receiving the Daily Announcements. Simply send a message from that email address with "Unsubscribe Daily Announcements " in the body of the message.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive that might contain information about the user. Queen Anne School does not use cookies of any kind to collect information from the visitors of our site nor do we knowingly link to other sites and servers that do so without expressed purpose or policy.
